Please be advised the Site is hosted in Australia. The Personal Information we collect from you is transferred and stored electronically via a secure SSL connection, in secured, password-protected servers located in the USA and Australia. You agree and consent to 57 Wash storing your Personal Information on such servers.

2.2 Who can access your Personal Information?

Your Personal Information is accessible to our employees, contractors and our third-party service providers such as our Website host and technical support providers. We may also store your Personal Information in password-protected email databases for the purpose of sending out communications and marketing emails in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information. Transmission of Personal Information over the Internet is at your own risk and you should only enter, or instruct the entering of, Personal Information to the Services within a secure environment. We destroy or de-identify your Personal Information after 2 years where it is no longer needed for the purposes outlined in this Policy. 3.1 57 Wash and Related Bodies Corporate

Your Personal Information may be accessed by us, including our directors, employees, officers and contractors. You consent to us providing your Personal Information, including Sensitive Information to our Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)).

Please note that our transactional emails, such as order confirmations, may contain marketing communications including recommendations as to products you may be interested in. By making an order with us, you expressly consent to us sending you such emails containing marketing communications.
